Chatterboxes
A "kletskop" is a crispy, thin, and brittle cookie usually made from sugar, nuts, butter, and flour. What makes kletskoppen special is that they become very thin and fragile after baking, giving them a crispy texture that melts quickly in the mouth. They have a characteristic caramel-like flavor due to the sugar that melts and caramelizes during the baking process.
