Return policy

Are you not completely satisfied and would you like to return an item? No problem at all! You can easily return your items within 30 days of receiving your order (with the exception of gift cards). Send an email to marie-julie@zijtak.be. Please include the item you wish to return and the order number. You are free to ship your package using a parcel service of your choice.

Please keep the following in mind when returning your items:

• Make sure to send your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition. Please ensure everything is well-packaged so that it cannot be damaged during transport.
• The costs for returning the items are for your own account. Therefore, please bring your package to the post office and not to a service point or local collection point.
• Returned items will not be accepted if: they have been used/washed, they are damaged, and/or you have attempted to repair any damage yourself.
• Once we have received your package in good order, you can expect your credit note within 14 days from that moment.

• We can reimburse you in the form of a voucher or a refund. Please clearly state your preference when requesting your return via email.
