Froyo dessert

Frozen yogurt dessert

This dessert is a real eye-catcher and, what's more, it's also very tasty and healthy!

Ingredients:

  • 150 g red fruit (frozen or fresh)
  • 150 g full-fat yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 6 tbsp granola
  • 6 cookies (5 cm diameter)
  • 50 g chocolate

Preparation:

Mix the fruit with the yoghurt and the honey.

Spoon a tablespoon of granola into a half-sphere silicone mould.

Now fill the mould with the yoghurt.

Place the mould in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Ensure that the mould is lying completely horizontally.

Remove the froyos from the mould and place each one onto a cookie.

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and decorate the mould. You can do this by using a teaspoon of chocolate and moving it back and forth over the froyos.

The froyo is now ready and can be served.

Enjoy!
