Hot chocolate bombs with marshmallows
Ingredients:
For 3 chocolate bombs
- 200 g chocolate, of your choice
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp marshmallows
- 1 tbsp decorations
Method:

Melt 150 g of the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Spread the chocolate over the six half-sphere molds.
Place the mold in the refrigerator and let it set for 3 hours.
Remove the half-chocolate spheres from the mold.
Spoon cocoa powder and marshmallows into 3 of the spheres.
Warm up a metal spatula or a plate. You can do this, for example, by placing a plate in the microwave or rinsing a spatula in warm water.
Melt the edge of the 3 remaining chocolate spheres by holding them against the warm surface.
Now you can fuse a filled sphere and an empty sphere together.
Melt the remaining chocolate in a bain-marie again.
Drizzle this over the 3 chocolate bombs. You can do this by waving a chocolate-dipped fork over the 3 spheres.
Decorate the spheres now while the chocolate is still wet.
You can serve the spheres with hot milk. Submerge the chocolate bombs in the hot milk. They will melt and gradually create hot chocolate milk.
Enjoy!
