Chocolate bombs are everywhere right now. Ideal for making a cozy hot chocolate.
You can also use this mold to make fun desserts.
Instructions for a chocolate bomb:
Requirements:
- Chocolate (favorite flavor)
- Marshmallow
- Hot chocolate powder
- Optional: edible decorations, such as glitter balls, ...
Preparation:
- Melt the chocolate au bain-marie.
- Place a teaspoon of the melted chocolate into each half sphere and spread it over the entire surface.
- Let it set in the refrigerator.
- After half an hour, remove the chocolate half spheres from the refrigerator and unmold them.
- Heat a flat plate in the microwave for 1 minute at 600W.
- Fill one half with a tablespoon of cocoa powder, marshmallows, and decorations.
- Carefully melt the flat side of the other half on the warm plate.
- Put the halves together; because one side is now slightly melted, they will bond to each other.
- Optionally, finish with a nice colored drizzle in a different chocolate color.
- You can now place the ball in a glass and pour warm milk over it. The ball will break open, revealing a fun surprise inside.
Enjoy!
