Oolong tea is one of the six types of "true" tea. In other words, this tea comes from the Camellia Sinensis. Oolong falls between green tea and black tea. Where green tea is barely oxidized and black tea is fully oxidized, oolong is partially oxidized. This Chung Oolong tea is 50% oxidized. This makes it very healthy and also very deliciously strong.

Packaging: The tea is packaged loose in a resealable bag. We prefer a dark bag with an aluminum-coated interior. This prevents light from reaching the tea, which contributes significantly to improving the quality. The label always states the dosage, brewing temperature, and time.
