Banana popsicles

A deliciously refreshing banana popsicle. Ideal for using up ripe bananas!

Ingredients:

For approximately 6 popsicles

  • 2 bananas
  • 100 g full-fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 40 g chocolate
  • 1 tbsp hazelnuts

Preparation:

Banana popsicle recipe

Puree the bananas until smooth and mix in the yogurt.

Fill the popsicle molds and freeze for at least 5 hours.

Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in a bain-marie.

Remove the banana popsicles from the mold and dip the top into the chocolate.

Sprinkle with the chopped nuts.

The chocolate will set quickly and you can serve them immediately. Alternatively, you can store the finished popsicles in a container in the freezer.
